Unique features with the best security

Monitoring, Resources access control and user management : all is in the box! In the case of a critical failure of the master node or any compute node, Hurricane® allows you to re-install it easily with a previously saved image or replace it with a clone-node.

Remote access & control

Don’t waste time in going to your datacenter to configure your system. Hurricane® allows you to switch your nodes on/off, control your CPU or network allocations. You can also identify the nodes you want to maintain activating a frontal LED.

Compatible with industry standards

-Rocks and Ganglia as cluster management,
-Most popular Linux distributions like Red Hat, CentOS and Scientific Linux providing a fully compatible integration for your computation codes,
-Resource management can be linked with your existing scheduling software like Torque/MAUI, Open PBS or PBS Pro,
-MPI-2 extensive compatibility allows a stable and efficient processing of your parallel applications,
-Easy access to hardware management including IPMI 1.5 or 2.0 features (BIOS, temperature, alimentation…),
-Users management may be integrated to your own LDAP directory or through a dedicated one.

Quick cluster deployment

Just a few clicks, and your cluster is up and running. The method used is based on a technology close to Torrent providing a quick and reliable installation of the Linux kernel and all the RPM modules needed on your cluster nodes.
